I can't download any apps

I just put a new sd card in and its saying i have all his room.but when. Govto download a ap its not downloading it acts like it wants to but dosent?

Which device and which version of Android? They vary quite a lot but in Settings, there is usually a choice to make as to "Default storage location" and "Default install location" . Also, check that your external SD card is mounted.

Some Android versions don't make a distinction between an internal built-in chip and an external SD card - both are often referred to with the same term.
