I can't figure out how to open disk drive toshiba satellite C50-B

I have looked at other forums saying a lot of these models don't have a disk drive but my device manager picks one up 'toshiba mq01abf050' also the website's specs say 'Optical Disc Drive - DVD-SuperMulti Drive'

No external drives show up on my computer in Windows 10.

Help will be much appreciated

Hi,

It seems like your laptop didn't really came with a DVD drive if that's the case because "toshiba mq01abf050" is your HDD.

If you want to make sure, go to start then This PC and check if you'll see anything under DVD drives.
