i cant restart my laptop

when attempting to power on my pc ,
the following msg text comes
1)preparing automatic repair.
2)diagnosis your pc
after that no display.screen black
my system is lenovo B490

Sounds like it could be an OS problem. Does your laptop go through the BIOS loading screen before attempting to load Windows, or can you try to access the BIOS?
