What specifically have you tried so far?
See pages 56 and 63 of the Panasonic SV-AV100 User Manual

Have you tried removing the SD card and inserting it into a card reader on the computer? Have you tried connecting via a USB cable and looking camera as a storage drive in Windows Explorer?
