What you take it to would be local, and you'd have to read through reviews on Yelp and such to find out which place is good. BestBuy is always a choice although in many cases they are not the best pick since many techs there are less experienced, too many times they do unnecessary work or work on the wrong thing when it should be pretty clear what they are doing won't fix the issue.
