Thanks for this. As someone with old leg injuries and needs to really switch on his muscles before a run, it's good to know I can add in donkey kicks as a pre run warmup too :)

This whole series of articles is really dumb. 1 week is not enough to see any meaningful changes in muscles or body composition for any resistance exercise. If it were 2 months - 1 month bare minimum - then they might be interesting.
