Connect coc with your google play account in your old device. After its connected, open coc in your new device and connect to the same google play account. Your village will load in your new device. Now you can play on both the devices but don't open coc in both the devices at the same time.

You can connect to a Supercell ID account and that will allow you to transfer your account from iOS to android. Or android to ios
