I downloaded a game in my laptop from store windows 8.1 I am not able to find it

Did you check your Downloads folder (and any folders in it)?

If it is downloaded from the Store, it should be in your Start Menu / tiles. Press <Win> key, then start typing your game' name on the keyboard.
