i factory reset my phone and i didnt sync my phone to any google account, what do i do?

It depends. Did you just do a "Factory Reset", which would give you the option to save some of your personal data? Or did you do a "Hard Reset" which will completely wipe the device and install everything fresh?

If you did the first one, your data should still be on the device. If you did the second one, well the data is gone.
