What no one is saying about the Lenovo pen is that the hard plastic tip on the smooth screen surface does not feel natural. The elastomer tip of the Surface pen has "drag" that makes it feel more like writing on paper rather than glass.

I am really disappointed, and currently the only USI 2 alternative from Penoval says nothing about the "feel", and by all accounts is also a hard tip.

Probably hard to find, but a screen protector with paper like feel is what you needed
