It's always delightful to report on a customer-focused company like Tablo. A rat chewed through the power supply cable of our Tablo quad-channel over-the-air DVR. Our new dog took care of the rat, but to our surprise and delight, Tablo customer service took care of the power supply, sending us a free replacement even though we offered to pay for it. We've used it for over 7 years now, having paid the one-time subscription fee up front, and remain delighted with both the DVR and the company. Recommended!
