i got the $500 virus and i cant do any thing on the tablet

I got the FBI Federal Bureau $500 thing and im not able to do anything on my tablet it asked me to download some file to proceed to youtube then it popped up and says i was on porn

go to where you bought it and have them flash back the NVFlash to factory settings as on a tablet that thign is almost impossiable to get rid of without doing that.or just replace the flash card in it if possiable.
