This unit had a power problem turning on, so I replaced capacitors on the main board and the power supply board. Since doing this I have a 60 cycle hum coming through the speakers.
I am repairing this set for a disabled veteran and this is his only TV.
When I was replacing the capacitors on the main board I noticed that CE42 was not on the board, however his set did not have any capacitor residue inside the unit. I would like to know what the capacitor size it is also as I think it may be a 100mfd @ 16 volts.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated, Thank you

Solution
Fixed!

C42 was a 100mfd @16 volts capacitor that needed to be in the circuit.
I noticed that a capacitor next to it was not supposed to be in the circuit and I removed it.
That solved all the problems and the set has been returned to the veteran as good as new.
