I have a galaxyj7 nxt my problem is that when i press key volume it came out call volume instead of ringtone volume pliz help

That will happen if you are on a call and try to mess with the volume. To alter the phones ringtone volume you have to be off the phone. Not on a call. Also this will only effect the phones actual ringtone volume, not calls coming through on call waiting.
