Has anything changed that might be related to the problem?
Confirm that the coax connector into the tv us correctly screwed in and there is no damage to the cable. Confirm that the position/orientation of the antenna is ideal for the channel locations you are trying to receive. Re-scan thru the tv menu for available channels. If the antenna features an inline amplifier, bypass it..a dead amplifier will cause more signal loss than no amplifier at all.
