Somehow my post reflected on the thread with some text missing. Its a Dell Inspiron Model Inspiron 3521 No 3521-5046 and it bas blue tooth . The laptop is able to identify the LG Audio and request the Bluetooth passcode , however if I enter the passcode shown above, and which is embodded at the back of the LG Audio, this is the rejection text I get, quote" Try adding your LG Audio again , or check with the manufacturer for additional setup instructions" end of quote.
