Question i have a hyper x cloud 2 and i cannot turn on windows sonic for headphones

i have tried physically everything i can think of, but every time I use the drop down and select it, it doesn't even let me apply it before it reverts back to off. you could also turn on spacial via enhancements but i dont have that checkbox anyway, can someone help me?

The Hyper X Cloud IIs use a USB dongle amp/DAC/sound processor I believe. It may not be compatible with Windows Sonic.

Hello. I intend to purchase a pair of HyperX Cloud II's. I am aware they have built-in 7.1 surround sound using the provided adapter. Is it possible to use this headset with the Windows 10 Sonic 7.1 Surround Sound using the USB DAC? I know Windows 10 Sonic will work if I plug the headset...
