i really need your help. my battery is inside the pc and i cannot open it because the manual says that only asus tech. can only remove the battery. thanks for the help. need it badly.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then connect the AC adapter again, wait for it to charge for couple of minutes then try booting it up again.
- If the same problem will persist the next course of action would be to open the laptop but if the laptop is still under the factory warranty please do contact the manufacturer for a repair.
