I have a older vizio smart tv the only button on the remote that works is the power button and there is only a power button on

Please help could i possibly buy another vizio remote or should i just sell the tv without remote?

Yes you can buy another remote if you want, and yes you can sell it without a remote, although would be a bit easier to sell with one.
