I have a Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket and it will not turn on??

I bought a new battery and a new charger but it still refuses to turn on. I tried rebooting it by holding the power button! I've tried literally everything and it still wont turn on!!!

Hi,
Even after replacing a battery if you are unable to turn on the phone the problem seems to be with something else, not the battery. Hence would suggest you to get the phone checked by someone.
