I HAVE A SECONDHAND LAPTOP HOW DO I OBTAIN PRODUCT KEY CODE

Ihave been given a lap top and i cannot get product key code anywhere can you help me as the person who gave it me is no longer living

There should be a label on the bottom of the system with the product key on it. If not, you'll have to buy a new Windows license.
