Connect your phone with your laptop via USB cable and on your phone go to Settings -> More networks -> Tethering and portable hotspot -> Enable USB Tethering..
Path might be different for your phone but it should be similar.

That ^ is a general tethering option setting on phone that supports it, but if it will work or not depends on your service plan. Contact Straight Talk and check with them if your plan allows this.
