i have a toshiba L675d laptop when i turn it on it tell me reboot and select proper boot device what to i do?

Well i have a toshiba L675d satellite loptop i preformed a factory reset and after completed it now tells me to "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

Ok, Go into your CMOS. When you get your post hit a key like, Enter,F1,F12 ETC.
Ths screen will tell you. You will have to be very fast!
In CMOS set your hard drive as the first (1) boot device.
If you have more then one hard drive make sure you select the right one.
Save the changes and reboot. make sure you do not have any USB drives or anything pluged in.
