I have a aToshiba M70-DL3 laptop. I tried using the '0' method for restoring the factory settings but it didn't work. Does anybody have another method for restoring the factory settings?

What OS does this computer have?

Unless it came with Windows 7 or 8 in the box it may not have a restore partition. Even if you installed Windows 7 yourself theres no way to get a restore partition. If it came with XP or Vista it should've came with restore discs.
