I have a Toshiba TV and I don’t have a remote. How do I turn the TV volume up or down?

Look for up/down volume buttons on the lower or side edges of the TV screen surround. if there are none, you'll have to replace the lost remote. You can buy them online, either for your specific TV model or one of those programmable universal ones.
