1. Try restarting the tablet (turn it off and then back on).

2. If that doesn't resolve it, try going into "Settings" then "Apps" and locate that app. Tap it and then tap "Clear Data".

NOTE: Doing this will remove all data that is connected to that app (but will not remove the app), so if there is anything you want to keep or save from that app, do that first.

3. Should the above two fail to resolve the issue, then return to "Settings" then "Apps" and locate that app. Tap it and then tap "Uninstall". Once the app has been uninstalled, restart the tablet (turn it off and back on) and then reinstall the app from Play Store.

Again, this will remove all data with that app or associated with that app, so save anything you wish to keep first.
