Do uninstall and reinstall the BT driver of you laptop. Go to Device Manager then uninstall the old BT driver that should be under Network Adapters. Download and install the latest BT driver found here in this link. http/esupport.sony.com/p/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DRIVER
