I have an Acer laptop that is approx 2months old. My son went to turn it on and the colour was bleeding and what appeared to be a few hairline fractures. There is no physical damage to the unit or screen and hasn't been dropped. Please can anyone advise?

screen is cracked as happened to me with a customer's laptop. I was checking it out for a different problem & when I opened the screen & turned on the laptop was when I noticed the cracks & bleeding. don't know if 1 of my cats walked on the lid or my step-father was messing around in my computer room did it but I ended up loosing that person as a customer.
