I have an Acer laptop which until recently was able to read and download my pics and videos and also my cameras (Nikon and Sam

Laptop will no longer do these operations even when I go to computer from start.
Can anyone help please. could some drivers have been deleted.

Have you tried using the Restore function? You can probably roll back any negative changes that took place to a previous backup point, and regain your laptop's functionality. Especially if it happens to be a driver issue.
