I have an ASUS TV and I need to hook it up to a Bunker Hill security system but it only has dvi vgi HDMI and spdif the security system has a flat panel monitor with a12v power supply plug in.an audio out cord and it has 2 AV input cords to the security cameras

You will have to get some pictures of the output ports you have from the security system. A model number from the DVR would help also.
