If you want to unlock your account, you will have to use your real ID. Otherwise, make a new account and consider this account lost. Or stop using Facebook altogether.
I doubt it if you simply use another name, or use your real name this time. They ask for ID when they suspect a fake name is being used, someone had to tell them. Still this ID upload is ridiculous, you can simply photoshop your fake ID and tell them you are in fact Supaman Bin Laden. They have no way of verifying if your ID is real.
[strike]Facebook (or any social media site) will never ask for anything more than the credentials you provided when creating your account. Any request for more than that is likely an attempt at identity theft. If your account has been compromised and you cannot secure it with the security questions you set when you created the account, consider it lost and do not give any personally identifying information.[/strike]
Unfortunately, that's not correct. Facebook has a draconian real names policy, and will suspend your account until you supply ID if they suspect you're using a fake name.
