I have an LG-K20 and the SD card is not recognized at all! Help.

My LG K20 does not recognize SD cards at all. I was wondering is this a manufacturer's defect or is this just a card Effect. Well I tried a card that I had from a much older phone it was only an 8GB as opposed to the 32GB that I was using and the eight gigabyte was already formatted to lollipop which is much much older OS would that make it my much of a difference?

If the phone doesn't recognize any SD cards, then there is a problem with the phone.

Contact the manufacturer if it is still under warranty.
