I have asus model 310 and I shut down my computer and now it wont come back on

I shut down my Model 310 Asus and now It will only show a blue light and won't come on. it is a table top computer. Please help

try clearing the cmos using the jumper on the motherboard as have found that to work sometimes to kickstart a stubborn system.
