I have bluetooth headsets and want to pair them to a non bluetooth receiver which has speakers and a tv connected to it . what do i need to convert one or all these devices to bluetooth.
none of my components are bluetooth

You will need to buy a bluetooth sender / transceiver ... like this one below:

Plug it into the audio out socket on the TV ... then pair it to your headphones.
