i have dell laptop how do i reset it as it was when we got it

Give exact model of laptop and which operating system it came with originally and what version it currenty has

Depending on age , model and windows version there maybe a recovery disk builder program or a recovery partition or a set of Dell recovery dvd's

Dell has user manuals on its web site which can be found from exact model or serial number
