I restored my samsung phone now lost all my photos any one know if I can get them back thks

If you did not have a backup of your phone on the computer, or saved in the cloud or on the SD card, very likely you won't get anything back as the restore over-writes files in the internal memory.

You can download Recuva and follow the instructions from their web site to scan your phone storage to see if it finds anything.
