I have heard that alienware is really powerful but on the other hand people are saying it has really bad customer service and

i'm looking for a high profile gaming laptop (not really looking at the prices just yet) that is not to overweight (i know the alienware is heavy but it isn't actually extremely heavy)

It depends on your luck, really. Some get good customer service. Others do not. No one can guarantee that you will get good or poor service.
