i have hp laptop and some times i get an error that boot device not found (3f0) i just got my laptop repaired then also same p

Hi guys i bought an laptop 2.6 years ago and now i am getting an error that boot device not found just 2-3 days before i got my laptop repaired for this he just changed my laptop HDD wiring. i was working great on first day but now it is getting that same error again. Need help for this i will be thankful for the help.
