i have lenovo Y410. can a graphic card and processor be upraded

i am not able to play non of the good games. i wanted to know can myy laptop's graphic card and processor be upgraded. plz tell i want to play the new games. i am fed up of playing gta san andreas and call of duty 2

I think the processor is not soldered on that y410 and you can upgrade it to t7600 max (if u know how to mod laptop cpu )further models of tseries c2d's can also be used but they will crash bios or cause problems the CPU upgrade will not be easy and the GPU part can't be changed so don't think of it.Besides this pur some ram as it is easy to put (max 3 GB 32 bit and 4 GB 64 bit for vista)
