I have no sound but have picture how can I fix it

I just got a new TV from Argos the alba LED TV and dvd player combi I have a great picture but I have no sound at all can someone help please.

Is there a restore to factory settings option in the menu?

Is mute off?

What is your volume level?

Is this a new cable?

Mute us not on volume level is at 50 and I have reset it already

no im just trying set up menuu no cable just anntenna from qvc have power and set up modes just no sound
