I have problem with my laptop

I am not sure if this part of the forum is the right place for my issue, but here it is...
So when I am listening a song or playing a game my sound dissappears (sometimes). When I go to Divice Manager and Disable and Reenable the High Definition Audio Device it appears again (or when I restart the laptop). I have reinstalled all my drivers but still no luck... So I have reinstalled windows (8.1, 64bit) too.. and still 🙁(( no luck - my sound keep dissappearing. One thing I have noticed is, when i click on the speaker icon on my task bar to monitor whats happening, when the green line reach the top of the bar the sound dissappears. And if I lower the Speakers to 80% I have no issues.
Please if someone know how to fix this tell me...

I read your OP and couldn't think of anything you have not already tried. It might help if you tell us your make/model# laptop. You might want to search this issue at you manufacturers support site, though this is an unusual problem there is a good chance others with exactly the same hardware have had it too.

Ty, I have already read all the forums about this and didn't find anything. Today I have opened the laptop to test the speakers and they were working good. Its so bad that I dont even know whats causing this... 🙁
