I have my toshiba laptop..reformat is running then after an hour when i check my laptop only hypen is appearring in d monitor and keyboard and mouse is not working plus black monitor..i tried to restart my laptop but nothing is change..still only hypen in the upper left side of the monitor is appearing...what i need to do and what happened to my laptop.Pls. help me...is there any mistake in reformat process..
