I just took three tablets of 50mg Tramadol. Will I be okay?

Hi, I suffer from a torn rotator cuff and am in constant pain especially at night. My doctor prescribed me four 50mg tablets of Tramadol a day or as needed. She told me to take two at bedtime. Will I be okay taking three? And what's the max mg I can take every day?
