i just tried to change my hard drive and now my computer won't turn on.

I have an Acer aspire d270 . I just tried to replace my hard drive in it and now it won't turn on. I need help please.

did you install windows on your new hard drive?try to be a little more specific.by not turn on do you mean it wont boot to windows or the fans dont come on at all?
