I literally just bought my grandson the HighQ learning tablet and I was wondering why it want stay on? I didn’t know if it may be on a setting I didn’t know about or what

Hopefully it will be a simple matter of putting it on charge overnight. Batteries in new tablets need frequent toppings up or they need to be fully charged then fully discharged for the first half dozen cycles.
