I lost all the channes when i accidentally autotuned.How can i restore the lost channels?

If this is cable, is under the control of the provider, they may have moved some channels.

If antenna, those stations were probably marginal, u need a better antenna, or try to re-scan in the middle of the night, when noises are weaker.
