I lost my laptopin the rickshaw as I forgot to pickit up.how can i get back?

I suggest you start by contacting the person or company that owns the rickshaw you were riding in.

Contact the police and the rickshaw company (if possible). Otherwise, it is gone unless you had an application like Lojack for Laptops installed and operating, in advance.
