I lost my mobile, i need all contacts that i have saved

Depending on whether you had an iphone or an android and where you saved your contacts, you may or may not be able to get them all back. When you created your contacts you had the option to save them to your phone, to your sim card, or to either iTunes or Google. Best case scenario, you synched all your contacts from your online account and that is where they are all saved. Worst case scenario, you saved all your contacts to the phone and they are lost. There is not much more I can say without knowing a lot more specifics of your situation.
