Hi guys !
I am a college student ,im studying graphic design , and i 'd like to buy a laptop for about 1500-2000k euros .

I'll need it for some work for college (you know the basics + adobe programs) but i want to start recording or streaming some games ,I play league of legends , minecraft and some cs:go but it would be nice if i could play some other more demanding games .

I think a 16GB RAM , 1t hard drive and an nvidia gtx700 would be enough (like the alienware17 or msi gs70) but i am not really sure + i dont want it to make a lot of noise and from what ive heard those 2 make a lot of noise so yeah ...i need advise

anw thanks for the help in advance and sorry if i killed the English language its not my native language :)

Any gaming class laptop will be pretty loud, no way around it.

For a laptop in your budget, anything with a 970m or a 980m is good, but keep in mind that would be a pretty hefty system and will need fans and proper cooling not to kill it with too much heat.

There is also a newer class of laptops that may suit you, basically it's a smaller thin laptop with a connection for an external video card for games when not on move.
