Question I need advice about which phone is the best out of 4 mentioned

Hello i wish to buy a cheap phone, but iam unsure which one of the 4 I will mention is the best.
NOTE: storage on phone 64/128 does not matter or screen 60hz-90...
Which one out of these is best?

1*Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 (4gb RAM) -

3*Samsung Galaxy A23 (4gb RAM) -

I saw people writing about MIUI/software problems and like Note 10s heating problem, so anyway to go around that? like not updating MIUI when i get the phone or heating problem fix.
Any problems that the phone has and fixes would be nice...
